About Us

bfb Services is owned and run by Ben Fenwick, an application programmer and businessman with many years commercial experience in all facets of business computing and procedures. Our business is supported by a number of professionals in the industry, including network and maintenance "gurus", web developers and other industry specialists. Our market is the small business sector, where we keep our costs as affordable as possible.

Our philosophy toward our clients

We are not a business that want our clients to rely on us or anyone else for upgrades and changes to their web sites, databases, or other services we supply. Waiting for a service provider to make changes can sometimes take many weeks and each change will be charged. We believe that you have to be able to make the changes you want, as and when you need to.

Many of our clients do have us maintain and change their systems as needed, but this is usually because they are too busy, or simply don't wish to.

Web sites are supposed to be dynamic animals, and in fact you will rank better in the search engines if you actively change your content regularly. You will also keep your visitors coming back if there is new content for them to see.

We provide all the tools, knowledge, and software for you to make content changes to your web site.

In some cases there may be specialised coding or functionality which prohibits the average person from making certain changes. In all cases, however, our rates are very affordable.

We don't try to baffle our clients with jargon, neither do we recommend technology that is not required. Our underlying philosophy is to keep everything as simple and as affordable as possible.
