Terms and Conditions

• The web site will have the ability to easily add new pages at will, however, the initial build will allow for 5 pages only, the client will easliy be able to add more or we are able to produce these at our hourly rate.
• All images and text to be supplied by the customer in electronic format and supplied within a specified time frame.
• We will provide up to 3 email addresses prior to web site commissioning otherwise service fees may apply for extra emails after this time.
• Support specifically excludes changes to web site design and or content and is limited to advice on use of the system.
• Unless otherwise advised or requested, all web sites will be optimised for 800 X 600 resolution. This refers to the size of your site on the screen. Even though 1024 X 768 is now the most popular resolution, 800 X 600 will ensure that practically everone can see your site without scrolling from side to side.
• Sites can only be initially hosted on bfb Services servers and domain names are required to be registered or transferred to our Registrar, (Aust Domains). The client will own their domain name and their web site content fully , but by having it hosted and registered by bfb Services, will allow us to provide the special pricing. If you are at all concerned by this please contact us.
• Server space is limited to 500meg of space per site, extra server space is purchasable if required. Our experience has shown that this is more than adequate for most small business web sites.
• Bandwidth per month is limited to 1000meg per month, extra bandwidth is purchasable if required. Our experience has shown that this is more than adequate for most small business web sites.
• bfb Services offer managed hosting only, that is: we do not permit access to servers by clients via, Cpanel, Plesk, Telnet, Shell or other methods, we may allow ftp access to limited resources such as image galleries etc for bulk manipulation.
• A deposit of $100 is payable prior to commencement.
